SOS Food Safety Package
This package aims to provide businesses with peace of mind to comply with food safety laws. Using SOS Food Safety Package, you will be able to achieve high standards in meeting, and where possible exceeding the minimum legal requirement.
For a monthly fee, you will get: A detailed Food Safety Audit Report: we will carry out a full audit on your operation providing you a detailed report identifying non-compliance and areas of improvement in line with legislation and best practice
SOS Food Safety Management (HACCP) System: This system is based around the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). Once the Food Safety Audit is complete, SOS Food Safety will provide a detailed manual with documented procedures and forms. These documentations will provide the basis of due diligence defence and legal compliance with current food safety / hygiene laws.
